• Fill out the custom orders form and I will be in touch with you via email. Based on your selection, I will send an invoice for your deposit, and the we can get started on your keepsake design!

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin. Design details will be confirmed after receipt of deposit.

    Deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due before delivery of completed work.

  • Design proof: Emailed to you within 3–5 business days after deposit is received.

    Production: 6-15 business days after design approval, depending on complexity of the work.

    Shipping: typically 2-8 business days in Canada and the USA, other destinations may have longer shipping times.

    If you have a hard deadline (such as a wedding date), make sure to specify in your order form and I will work with you to make sure you get your keepsakes in time.

  • Yes! If you want to incorporate a special piece of wedding decor or a symbolic object into your keepsake, I’d love to hear about it.

    Make sure to let me know when you fill out your customs order form.

  • Once I receive your deposit, I will send you a design proof showing approximately what the stitched design will look like.

    I work with you to make sure we have a design you approve before I start stitching.

  • For the Simple and Sweet hoops or Forever Calendars, you can expect a certain amount of consistency with the reference photos.

    For Custom Floral Keepsakes, the flowers will be one-of-a-kind based on the reference photos you provide.

    I stitch every piece by hand, just for you. Due to their handmade nature, every keepsake will be unique in its details.

    My design process will allow you to preview and make changes to a design proof before I put needle to fabric.

  • If you are looking to purchase a larger number of pieces to gift to clients this wedding season, I’m happy to work with you to put together a bespoke design and pricing package.

  • I get it, sometimes things happen.

    If you haven’t paid for your deposit yet, just send me a message to let me know you need to cancel and you’re good to go, no questions asked.

    If you have already paid the deposit, that means I have already put in time to start the design process. Unfortunately, deposits are not refundable. You will not be charged for the balance if you need to cancel partway through the process.

  • I package all custom orders in a sturdy box with packing materials that keep your keepsakes safe during transit.

    If you would prefer to have the keepsake shipped directly to the recipient, let me know in your order form. I can add a gift message for you in the box.

    A tracking number for your package will be provided once the shipment goes out.
