  • Design proof: Emailed to you within 3–5 business days after deposit is received.

    Production: 6-15 business days after design approval, depending on complexity of the work.

    Shipping: typically 2-8 business days in Canada and the USA, other destinations may have longer shipping times.

    If you have a hard deadline (such as a wedding date), make sure to specify in your order form and I will work with you to make sure you get your keepsakes in time.

  • Yes! If you want to incorporate a special piece of wedding decor or a symbolic object into your keepsake, I’d love to hear about it.

  • Once I receive your order, I will send you a design proof showing approximately what the stitched design will look like.

  • For the Simple and Sweet hoops or Forever Calendars, you can expect a certain amount of consistency with the reference photos.

    For Custom Floral Keepsakes, the flowers will be one-of-a-kind based on the reference photos you provide.

    I stitch every piece by hand, just for you. Due to their handmade nature, every keepsake will be unique in its details.

    My design process will allow you to preview and make changes to a design proof before I put needle to fabric.

  • Shipping to Canadian addresses is free. I also offer local pickup in the Toronto area.

    • Free shipping within Canada for all orders.

    • Shipping is free with any order over $60 CAD regardless of destination. I can ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary.

    • $15 CAD fee for USA and other international locations on orders under $60.

    Why is international shipping not free under $60?

    This partially covers the cost of using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services, which means I have already taken care of any duties upfront so that you will not have to pay any surprise fees when receiving your package. Thank you for understanding.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Because each custom keepsake is made to order and customized for every unique customer, all sales are final once the design process has begun.

    However, I understand that things can change, so here’s how cancellations and refunds are handled:

    • Before work begins:
      If you cancel before I start creating your design, you’ll receive a full refund.

    • After work has begun (design in progress):
      If you cancel after the design or creation process has started, a partial refund may be issued to cover the cost of time and materials already spent. Typically, this is up to 50% of the total price, depending on how far along the work is.

    • After completion:
      Once your keepsake is completed or delivered, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted.

    • Damaged or incorrect items:
      If your order arrives damaged or there’s an error on my part, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

  • I package all custom orders in a sturdy box with packing materials that keep your keepsakes safe during transit.

    If you would prefer to have the keepsake shipped directly to the recipient, let me know. I can add a gift message for you in the box.

    A tracking number for your package will be provided once the shipment goes out.

  • If you are looking to purchase a larger number of pieces to gift to clients this wedding season, I’m happy to work with you to put together a bespoke design and pricing package.
